PwC Portugal is seeking an IT Services Administrator to join our Matosinhos team. You will analyze information, diagnose incidents, and resolve issues using monitoring tools, contributing to reliable service delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a BSc/MSc in CS or IT, has experience with Windows Server, understands network concepts, and can navigate how IT service components interact. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.

• Experience with Windows Server environments.
• Understanding of networking concepts and IT service interactions.
• Cloud knowledge is a differentiator.

Responsibilities

• Analyze information, diagnose symptoms, and resolve incidents through events generated by our monitoring tools
• Comply with OLAs defined by the Service Delivery Manager and contribute to elevate customer satisfaction
• Be engaged in proactive management for our application services

Your profile

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Experience with Windows server
• Knowledge of Network concepts
• Understanding of how all components within an IT service interact with one another
• Basic administration and Cloud knowledge is considered a differentiator
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese
