team.it is seeking a security-minded professional to join our Portugal office. You will contribute to IT risk management, governance, and information security across client and internal projects, helping to balance risk with business value.

You will work with a collaborative team that values learning, flat hierarchies, and continuous improvement, with a commitment to life-long development and sustainable practices in daily work.

Qualificações

• Experience in IT Risk Management, IT Governance, Information Security, or related areas.
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and/or COBIT.
• Experience in identifying, assessing, and monitoring IT and technology risks.
• Knowledge of IT controls, compliance, governance, and/or IT audit processes.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Proactive and autonomous mindset, with the ability to challenge requirements and propose improvements.
• Good level of English.
