Job summary

Inetum Portugal is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to bridge business needs and technical delivery. You will coordinate Software Engineers and Infrastructure Administrators, guiding projects from requirements through deployment and Go-Live.

You will manage scope, risks, budgets, and stakeholder expectations across IS and ERP initiatives, with strong focus on delivery quality and business value.

Qualifications

• Experience with Information Systems (IS) and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of ERP integrations between SAP and business applications or modules.
• Experience with cloud migration projects and database management basics.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and cybersecurity concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope by aligning business objectives with IS capabilities and deliverables.
• Manage project constraints balancing timeline, budget, resources, and delivery quality.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and functional risks impacting execution.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across business, functional, and technical areas.
• Oversee IS lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment, training, and Go-Live.
• Ensure effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Manage dependencies, bottlenecks, environment availability, and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive project governance, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Promote continuous improvement and best practices across teams.
