Affinity is seeking a PMO/Portfolio Governance professional to lead governance, reporting, and action-tracking across national and international projects. The role emphasizes senior stakeholder coordination, budget forecasting, and delivery readiness in IT projects.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in PMO roles and holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or Business, with a plus for PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certification.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in PMO, project management or programme governance, ideally in IT.
• Strong experience in governance, reporting, action tracking and senior stakeholder coordination.
• Solid budget tracking skills, including the ability to analyse programme budget, forecast and actuals.
• Good understanding of project delivery disciplines such as test strategy, estimations, operational readiness and support model definition.
• Experience in regulated environments, with exposure to compliance and resilience frameworks such as DORA.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies; certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business or a related field.
