BrightMark GmbH in Almada, Portugal is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee all aspects of our information technology systems and infrastructure. You will lead a team of IT professionals, implement and maintain hardware and software, and ensure data security.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to solve complex technical issues. We offer visa sponsorship and accommodation for the right candidate.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management role.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Experience with Windows server administration.
• Knowledge of data security principles
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement information technology strategies to support company objectives
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware and software systems
• Ensure data security and privacy by implementing appropriate measures
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues
• Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for system improvements
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and services procurement
• Develop budgets for IT expenses and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
