Airbus Portugal SA offers a GBS Trainee Program providing hands-on IT experiences in a professional environment. The program includes dedicated mentorship, structured assignments (up to 3 months), and opportunities to contribute to IT system projects within a global team.

You will engage in assessments of IT systems and processes, help document SOPs, and participate in CIP initiatives while gaining valuable development and mentorship support.

Qualificações

• Student or recent graduate within 12 months of graduation.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a global team.
• Academic background in IT, Engineering, Business Management or related field.
• Legal right to live and work in Portugal as an intern.
• Proficiency in English; Portuguese is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardization, harmonization, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working / processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. About the Program

Our GBS Trainee Program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment. We're committed to nurturing future talent and supporting your professional development through structured, meaningful, and short-term assignments (up to 3 months). You'll contribute to specific projects within your chosen area while benefiting from dedicated mentorship and regular feedback.

While your specific tasks will vary depending on the ongoing projects, you can expect to:

• Support the team on assessments of Airbus existing IT systems and processes around ITGC
• Support project activities
• Record and maintain documentation related to IT systems and procedures to create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the company.
• Promote and support CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) initiatives
• Coordinate and communicate closely with all stakeholders involved

What We're Looking For

• Eligibility: You should be a student or a recent graduate (within 12 months of graduation).
• Motivation: A strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a global team.
• Academic Background: A relevant academic background in IT, Engineering, Business Management or a related field.
• Potential: A proactive attitude and the potential for future employment within our organization.
• Legal Right: You must have the legal right to live and work in Portugal as an intern.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is a must; Portuguese is a strong plus.
