Hexa People in Lisbon seeks an IT Project Manager to plan, coordinate and oversee technology infrastructure projects across systems, networks, telecommunications, security and business continuity.

You will lead project teams, maintain records, monitor progress and report to senior management on status, risks and opportunities for improvement. A degree in Computer Engineering and PMP certification are preferred, with 3+ years of relevant experience and fluent English.

Qualificações

• A degree in Computer Engineering or a similar discipline.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• At least 3 years' experience in managing technology infrastructure projects.
• Solid technical knowledge in systems, networks, telecommunications, information security and business continuity.
• Knowledge of the ITIL framework and Change Management.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Critical thinking and the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and project governance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring integration and coordination across the various areas of technology infrastructure, namely systems, networks, databases, telecommunications and information security;
• Plan, manage and coordinate project teams;
• Continuously monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to defined deadlines, budgets and quality standards;
• Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for all project phases;
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery and success;
• Prepare progress reports and support decision-making, advising senior management on the status of projects, risks, constraints and opportunities for improvement.

Role Overview

You will be responsible to plan, coordinate and oversee technology infrastructure projects (Systems, Networks, Telecommunications, Security and Business Continuity), ensuring it is delivered within the defined timeframes, budgets and quality standards, whilst minimizing operational risks and ensuring alignment with business needs and applicable compliance requirements.
