Qualificações

• Experience in service desk or helpdesk in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support users with technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Configure MAC and Windows systems as needed.
• Adapt to using various IT tools and applications.

Conhecimentos

service desk or helpdesk experience

background in Computer Information Systems

MAC and Windows configurations

Google Suite experience

knowledge of Atlassian products

conf conferencing technologies

ability to adapt quickly to IT fundamentals

ability to communicate in English

Tell us about your:

• experience in service desk or helpdesk in a fast-paced environment
• background in Computer Information Systems
• experience in MAC and Windows configurations
• experience in Google Suite, Atlassian products
• experience in conferencing technologies is a plus
• ability to adapt quickly to IT fundamentals including operating systems, networking principles, and software applications
• ability to communicate in English
• availability to work fully on-site - Carnaxide office
