Continental seeks a technically skilled professional to coordinate B2B integrations using SAP EDI and to oversee related configurations and mappings in our Tire business IT backbone.

You will support ongoing SAP solutions and lead EDI projects across departments, including S/4HANA initiatives, ensuring governance and standards are followed. English proficiency is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Multiple years of experience coordinating B2B integrations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP EDI and SAP SD/MM.
• Working knowledge of EDI standards (EDIFACT, VDA, ANSI).
• Experience in manufacturing or automotive supplier sector is a plus.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Professional English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate new B2B implementations (timely, business-critical OE requests) and manage SAP configuration and mapping specs.
• Support existing and new solutions on a daily basis.
• Consult business for new and existing SAP/Edi solutions.
• Lead EDI-specific projects and participate in cross-department initiatives (e.g., S/4 HANA).
• Continuously improve processes and technical solutions.
• Participate in conferences and contribute to future B2B standards.

This role does not include disciplinary people management responsibilities but requires leading projects and driving key topics.

In this exciting job you work on the following tasks:

• Coordinating new B2B implementations (especially time - and business - critical OE requests), handling SAP configuration, mapping specification design, communication with internal and external partners, ensuring compliance with internal rules, standards and governance;
• Supporting existing and new solutions on a daily basis;
• Consulting business for new and existing solutions;
• Leading EDI-specific projects and participating in cross-department projects (e.g., S/4 HANA);
• Continuous improvements of processes and technical solutions;
• Participating in conferences (e.g., VDA/ ODETTE), providing input for future B2B communication standards.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in Computer Science or another technical field / equivalent qualification;
• Multiple years of experience in coordinating B2B integrations;
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP EDI, thorough functional knowledge of SAP SD and general functional knowledge of SAP MM;
• Comprehensive knowledge of EDI standards (e.g., EDIFACT, VDA, ANSI) as well as EDI configurations in SAP;
• Working experience in a manufacturing company, ideally automotive or automotive supplier sector (is a plus);
• Project management skills/ experience;
• Keen attention to detail;
• Professional working proficiency in English (written; spoken).
