Empa-T in Lisbon is seeking an IT Cloud Infrastructure Administrator to join an international project in the Insurance & Financial Services sector. You will help ensure production stability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement in Agile and DevOps environments.

The role requires 5+ years in IT operations or DevOps, experience with Docker/Kubernetes & monitoring tools, and strong English communication.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, Production Support or DevOps.
• Experience with IT Infrastructure and Production Operations.
• Knowledge of IT Risk Management and Cybersecurity principles.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ElasticSearch, Dynatrace).
• Experience with GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, Ansible, and Mattermost.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders and drive operational activities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills. Fluency in English; French is a plus.

• Conduct security reviews and support IT risk mitigation initiatives
• Monitor infrastructure and application performance, identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements
• Contribute to automation, industrialization, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support incident resolution, deployment issues, and production releases
• Promote Agile and DevOps best practices across development teams
• Ensure documentation, backup, recovery, and operational procedures are maintained and tested

Skills & Experience

• +5 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, Production Support, or DevOps environments
• Experience with IT Infrastructure and Production Operations
• Knowledge of IT Risk Management and Cybersecurity principles
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ElasticSearch, or Dynatrace
• Knowledge of DevOps tools including GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, Ansible, and Mattermost
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders and drive operational activities
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Fluency in English
• French is a plus
