Responsibilities
- Interact & discuss with our Business Users regarding the requirements and the design of solutions in the area of Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Power BI
- Run & execute operational activities such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management and SLA in the area of Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI and Power Platform
- Perform feasibility analysis, scope projects to prioritize deliverables and product functionalities
- Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
- Partner with internal & external to develop functional specifications for business requirements
- Support & execute writing user story, design, development and test management for operational and project activities
- Manage projects for proof of concepts and development/configurations of prototypes together with internal and external experts within Microsoft Dynamics & Power BI
- Ensure overall operations of Microsoft Dynamics & Power BI in close cooperation with internal and external suppliers
- Present and discuss results on different management levels within IT and with our internal customers
- Identify, analyze and execute improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- A degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration or a similar field
- At least 3 years of experience strictly related to the area of Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Power BI
- Strong understanding of OOB Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules and the functional configurations and capabilities of the product
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI
- Experience designing configuration and customizations on Dynamics 365 CRM, and understanding when OOB features can suffice, and when customization is required
- Experience in business and IT management to plan ongoing feature development and product maintenance
- Experience in communicating and coordinating with internal business customers and other IT analysts to determine software requirements and system impacts
- Experience in DevOps processes and approach
- Agile methodology experience such as epics, user stories, features, MVP
- Understanding of Azure DevOps tool for requirement engineering, test management & deployment
- Ability to support business stakeholders in the preparation and validation of UAT testing activities
- Fluency in English. Basic German language skills would be a plus
