THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as an Oracle Database Technical Specialist for a national project;

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Gather and document technical requirements for system enhancements and updates;
• Drive the change request process for system updates, ensuring alignment with business and technical needs;
• Lead technical testing efforts to validate changes and ensure smooth production deployment;
• Own and execute assigned initiatives, from launch through to completion, while tracking progress;
• Identify system gaps, inefficiencies, or weaknesses, and propose actionable improvements.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Database Administrator (DBA), with hands‑on expertise in Oracle 12c/19c;
• Proven ability in index tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting database performance issues;
• Database lifecycle management: Experience with data cleanup, historical data purging, and automation;
• Experience with other database systems (PostgreSQL, MS SQL) is a plus;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
