Norfin, a leading Portuguese real estate investment manager part of Arrow Global Group, seeks a Portfolio Management - Investment Strategy Associate to drive strategic management of investments and maximize performance. You will translate business plans into budgets, monitor execution, and prepare investor materials.

Qualificações

• Undergraduate or master's degree in Finance, Economics, Management or Accounting.
• 3+ years FP&A or portfolio management experience.
• Real estate investment management experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are mandatory.
• VBA and Python knowledge valued.
• ERP experience with Cegid or Primavera is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools and data visualization valued.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Translate approved business plans into detailed annual budgets.
• Monitor budget execution, identify deviations and risks.
• Prepare investor reports, management presentations, and papers.
• Develop forward-looking analyses and scenario modelling.
• Ensure data integrity across accounting, finance and asset management.
• Review financial statements with Finance teams.
• Support junior analysts when applicable.
