iCapital Network seeks a Data Analyst – Platform Solutions to support the International Platform Solutions team in Lisbon. You will work on technical implementations, client integration, and data delivery, while developing custom platform workflows for new partners.

The role requires strong analytical and technical skills to manage complex data workflows within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Collaboration across teams and careful attention to detail are essential.

Qualificações

• Master's degree is mandatory; MBA is a plus.
• 6+ years of work experience in business integration and technology implementation projects
• SQL proficiency for querying and manipulating large data sets
• familiarity with AWS services and basic ETL pipeline design
• Experience with data modeling and understanding relational database structures
• Experience analyzing system workflows and business process flow
• Ability to manage fast-paced projects and multiple client stakeholders
• Strong work ethic and accountability
• Ability to quickly learn new business operations and processes
• Demonstrate initiative and willingness to roll up one's sleeves
• Excellent writing and verbal communication in English and Portuguese

Responsabilidades

• Data integration and analysis for client onboarding and reporting.
• Acquire, manipulate, and analyze data using SQL, Python, Excel, etc.
• Validate and transform data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
• Define and implement basic ETL pipelines, leveraging AWS where applicable.
• Generate client reports based on data and business requirements.
• Gather and translate business requirements into platform configurations.
• Lead platform configurations to achieve client outcomes and operating models.
• Manage SSO, SFTP and ETL setups for secure data transfer.
• Guide clients in workflow design and process definition.
• Support test case definition and onboarding execution.
• Learn and support all interfaces on the iCapital platform.
• Identify issues and opportunities for improvement from business to technical view.
• Collaborate with management on new opportunities and initiatives.

About the Role

Responsibilities

As an Assistant Vice President / Vice President–Platform Solutions, you will support multiple projects and tasks,focusing on technical implementation and client delivery.These tasks may include:

• Data Integration & Data Analysis:
• Work with complex data models and large datasets to support client integration and reporting needs.
• Acquire, manipulate, and analyze data using tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, or other comparable tools.
• Validate and transform data from multiple sources (including CSV flat files) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Define and implement basic ETL pipelines,leveragingAWS services where applicable.
• Generateclient customreports based on aggregated data and business requirements.
• Managing technical implementation and configurations to ensuretimelylaunches:
• Gatherand translatebusiness and functional requirementsinto platformconfigurationsto answer client needs.
• Leadplatformconfigurations to achieve client business outcomesand Target Operating Models.
• Manage SSO,SFTPand ETLsetups, ensuring secure and efficient data transfer.
• Defining and supporting client workflows and use cases:

Qualifications

• Academic and/or professional qualification inDataAnalytics/Business / Finance or related fields
• Holding aMaster'sdegreeis mandatory;MBA is a plus
• 6+ years of work experience in business integrationandtechnology implementation projects
• Proficiencyin SQL for querying and manipulating large data sets
• Familiarity with AWS services and basic ETL pipeline design
• Experience with data modeling and understanding relational database structures
