Samlino Group in Lisbon seeks an Internal Consultant to drive cross-market initiatives across banking, insurance, and utilities. You will own projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with international teams and founders to shape growth.

The role requires a proactive, data-driven mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to operate across geographies. Expect travel and hands-on experience building scalable processes and delivering tangible results.

Qualificações

• Industry experience is not required, but the candidate must be highly ambitious, proactive and a fast learner.
• You should be driven to succeed and able to own projects from conception to completion.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills are essential.

• Own and drive projects across multiple initiatives with clear objectives and deliverables.
