Bosch Home Comfort Portugal is seeking an Extracurricular Internship in Process Digitalization and Automation in Aveiro. You will support digitalization projects, translate business challenges into use cases, and help train users on new processes.

The role offers full-time hours for 12 months and on-site work with flexitime and a hybrid-work system in local Bosch environments. We value a strong technical background in CS or engineering, English and Portuguese communication, and a proactive,

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or a related technical field.
• Understanding of web application architecture and development.
• Knowledge in programming languages, particularly .NET, C#, and JavaScript, and familiarity with PowerBI, Power Automate, and databases.
• Good communication skills in English and Portuguese.
• Results-oriented mindset with a proactive and structured approach.

Your Tasks

As an intern in Process Digitalization and Automation, you will support the team in identifying opportunities to simplify and improve business processes through digital solutions.

• Collaborate with process stakeholders to understand their needs and with the team identify the appropriate technologies to be used;
• Help structure and facilitate working sessions;
• Translate business challenges into practical use cases;
• Train the internal end-user in the new digitalized process;
• Exploring emerging AI technologies in Bosch's environment;
• Contributing to the design and internal development of AI agents and process automation;
• Testing their functionality, usability, and suitability for specific processes;
• Document findings, gather user feedback, and support the continuous improvement and adoption of the solutions developed

Your profile

• High degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field;
• Understanding of web application architecture and development;
• Knowledge in programming languages, particularly .NET framework, C# and Javascript is an advantage and knowledge in other digital tools (PowerBI, Automate and Databases);
• Good communication skills both in English and Portuguese;
• Results-oriented mindset, a proactive attitude and a structured way of working.
