Rotation: 2-week pattern- Week 1: Monday to Saturday - Week 2: Mon-Thursday off Friday, Saturday, Sunday back in Monday morning.
The Opportunity
PE Global Recruitment is working with a leading European data centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions across design, construction and commissioning. Due to continued project growth, we are seeking an experienced Integration Supervisor to join the team on a large-scale data centre project in Sines, Portugal.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a major mission-critical project and play a key role in coordinating the integration of MEP, architectural and telecoms services across the construction programme. The successful candidate will oversee site activities, coordinate subcontractors and trades, monitor progress and ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and liaise with multiple trades to ensure the smooth integration of site activities.
- Supervise installation works and monitor progress against the project programme.
- Prepare and issue weekly progress reports to the line manager.
- Develop and maintain two-week lookahead schedules for upcoming works.
- Attend daily DAB meetings and provide updates on progress, risks and project issues.
- Ensure labour resources are maintained in line with project programme requirements.
- Manage subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to scope, programme and quality requirements.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship across all project activities.
- Report variations, delays and potential risks to the line manager promptly.
- Coordinate plant and material requirements to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate material deliveries, ensuring safe handling, storage and site logistics.
- Verify that subcontractor plant and access equipment are certified, safe and fit for use.
- Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) requirements.
- Conduct regular toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Promote safe working practices and identify opportunities to improve site safety.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards across all work areas.
- Support commissioning, handover and close-out activities.
- Complete and submit weekly “Don't Walk By” safety cards.
Requirements
- Relevant third-level qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is essential.
- Proven experience in a similar Electrical, MEP or Integration Supervisor role within an M&E contracting environment.
- Previous experience supervising electrical installation and construction activities.
- Experience coordinating multiple trades, subcontractors and site activities.
- Telecoms experience is essential.
- Strong understanding of site safety, quality and HSEQ requirements.
- Experience managing labour resources, materials and subcontractor performance.
- Strong organisational, communication and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Previous data centre or other mission-critical project experience is highly desirable.
