KLx is the Portuguese subsidiary of Crédit Agricole S. A., a large international banking group that provides IT Skills & Software Development services to the IT organizations within the group's business lines.

Our mission is to assist with the IT transformation & activities of a worldwide bank capitalizing on all the skills from our international campus in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Integration Project Manager to lead and manage integration studies of IT Department (DSI) scopes from Crédit Agricole Group into KLx. Within the Business Development and Transition pole in KLx, you will drive organizational transformation in a complex banking IT environment.

  • Lead integration studies: Organize and facilitate workshops, scoping sessions, and coordination with clients, PRMs, and integration teams.
  • Project reporting: Provide regular updates to KLx management on project progress.
  • Cost estimation: Assess and quantify integration efforts.
  • Stakeholder coordination: Manage relationships with KLx support functions (Sourcing, Middle Office, HR, IT).
  • Methodology deployment: Ensure proper application of KLx methodologies and tools.
  • Client engagement: Explain KLx methodology, secure client and verify alignment with prerequisites (steering team, stakeholders, reversibility contracts, change management readiness).
  • Transformation studies: Contribute to stage analysis of transformation initiatives.
  • Strategic offer leadership: Drive the design and deployment of new client offers aligned with KLx's strategic roadmap.
About You
  • Proven experience in program management, ideally in organizational transformation or transition programs.
  • Strong understanding of IT Department operations, preferably within the banking sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of delivery models and IT operations management.
  • Familiarity with the IT ecosystem (IT service providers, service centers, etc.).
  • Strong negotiation skills in project contexts.
  • Highly organized, rigorous, and oriented.
  • Demonstrated leadership with both internal teams and clients.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in French is mandatory.
