Qualificações

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role.

Responsabilidades

• Understand business requirements and the operational criticality of integration interfaces.
• Handle requests, incidents, and configuration changes from internal and external stakeholders via the ticketing system.
• Coordinate technical integration requirements with business teams, IT solution owners, external partners, and service providers.
• Collect and maintain required implementation details, including timelines, technical contacts, specifications, certificates, and sample data.
• Monitor platform and interface operations based on Monitoring Tools.
• Create concept for configuration (e.g. communication, security) and mapping / translation as preparation and perform realization.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of interface and platform issues across IT teams, customers, and external partners.
• Support SEEBURGER BIS Basis operations, including incident resolution, performance optimization, and stakeholder inquiries

Conhecimentos

Proven experience in a similar role
