Boeva Tech in Lisbon is seeking an Insurance Support Specialist fluent in French and proficient in English to be the first point of contact for customers and insurance partners. You will handle calls, emails, policy questions, cancellations, and broker inquiries while maintaining high service standards in a global environment.

The role offers a 6-month fixed-term contract, Monday to Friday schedule, and a multicultural team in a modern Lisbon office with excellent public transport access.

Qualificações

• Native or C2-level French required.
• B2-level English or higher.
• Previous experience in customer service (insurance experience is an advantage).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and patience.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable using multiple computer applications.

Responsabilidades

What We're Looking For

Salary & Benefits

Compensation

• Base Salary: €930 gross/month (paid over 14 months)
• Performance Bonus: Up to €100 gross/month (paid over 12 months)
• Attendance Bonus: €100 gross/month (paid over 11 months)
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day

Contract

• 6-month fixed-term employment contract (CDD)
