SteelAxis in Almada, Portugal is seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to install, maintain and repair instruments used in industrial processes. You will be responsible for commissioning new control systems and ensuring ongoing calibration and troubleshooting.

The role requires reading schematics and applying electrical principles with a strong attention to detail. This is a full-time position in a hands-on environment with opportunities to grow skills in instrumentation.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as Instrument Technician or similar is preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical principles and instrumentation systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilidades

Location Almada Portugal Salary 1300$ We are seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Almada Portugal As an Instrument Technician you will be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing various types of instruments used in industrial processes

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission new instruments and control systems
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of instruments
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty instruments and control systems
• Keep detailed records of work performed and report any issues to management
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role preferred
• Strong understanding of electrical principles and instrumentation systems
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month The working hours may vary depending on the needs of the company This position does not include accommodation
