Sales Assistant / Inside Sales (Dutch - German - English)

Are you looking for a challenging commercial role in real estate? Do you speak and write Dutch, German and English fluently? And would you like to work in Albufeira for one of the leading real estate agencies in the Algarve, within a motivated and enthusiastic international team?

Then you might be the person we are looking for!

Your role

As an Inside Sales Assistant, you are one of the first points of contact for our potential buyers and play a key role in converting leads into viewings. You work with warm leads from our website, portals and marketing channels and guide them through their buying journey.

Every client is in a different phase of their journey. One may be ready to buy, another is mainly looking for information and advice. It is your job to :

  • Discover what the client is looking for (type of property, budget, region)
  • Identify whether they need financial or mortgage advice
  • Understand their planning: when will they come to Portugal for viewings?
  • Pro‑actively guide them towards concrete viewing appointments

You advise and support the client until the moment the viewings are scheduled, then you hand the client over to the estate agent and work closely together to achieve the common goal: finding their dream home in Portugal.

Matching clients and properties

Finding the right match between client and property is something you do in close cooperation with our estate agents.

Once it is clear which properties are of interest, you organise the viewing schedule and coordinate the details. During the viewing process the estate agent is the main point of contact on‑site, but may ask for your help with preparations, additional property searches or answering clients questions.

Do clients leave Portugal without buying? Then you step back in as their main contact person, keep in touch with them and regularly inform them about new, relevant listings – with the goal of getting new viewings booked.

You are an independent, energetic and above all sales-oriented personality. You are good at listening, asking the right questions and building relationships. You enjoy helping people move forward and you know how to convert leads into viewings.

You also :
  • Speak and write Dutch, German and English fluently
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting colleagues
  • Have experience in real estate or the right attitude and competences to get started quickly
  • Feel comfortable working in a structured, target‑driven way
