As an employee of Peace River Center, if you are not assigned a company-issued phone, you will be required to authorize the use of the Microsoft Authenticator app on your personal mobile device. This is necessary to access our payroll and communication system, Paycor, and Microsoft email as examples. This will ensure secure and efficient communication with the organization.
The work environment is fast-paced and typically resembles a standard office setting. You will be caring for patients who may be confused, delusional, irrational, agitated, or uncooperative. Most of your duties will be performed while sitting, though you may occasionally need to stand, walk, and lift or carry small objects. Some travel to other PRC locations may be necessary for meetings or other obligations. Depending on patient census or staffing/client needs, you may be required to report to a different PRC location than the one you were originally scheduled to work at.
