Job summary

Frulact, Maia-based global ingredients group, invites applications for an Innovation Project Manager & Funded Projects to cover maternity leave in the RDI team in Maia. You will oversee project design, funding instruments, and collaboration with universities and research partners.

The role requires strong English and Portuguese communication, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to mentor researchers.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication in English and Portuguese.
• Strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop objectives and design research projects within guidance.
• Coordinate funded projects and monitor progress and reporting.
• Identify funding opportunities and prepare proposals with partners.
• Mentor researchers and support senior staff in project execution.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and maintain project documentation.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR and Finance on project administration.
