Boston Consulting Group seeks an Infrastructure Security Architecture Lead to own security architecture across identity, network, device, and data pillars within ISRM. You will line‑manage architects and drive Zero Trust maturity per NIST SP 800-207 and the CISA ZTMM.

You will partner with Platform Engineering and Enterprise Architecture to ensure coherent standards, governance, and secure, scalable infrastructure globally.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 10+ years in security architecture or related roles.
• Experience leading security architecture in large, audit‑sensitive environments.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture and governance frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Infrastructure Security Architecture team within ISRM and drive security standards.
• Define strategy, reference architectures, and roadmaps across identity, network, device, and data pillars.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering and Enterprise Architecture to ensure secure, scalable infrastructure.
• Represent architecture in governance forums and advocate risk‑based prioritization.
