Expleo Group in Lisbon is seeking an experienced IaC Engineer to design, implement and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Crossplane across Azure and GCP. You will contribute to state management, GitOps workflows, and CI/CD pipelines to enable scalable, reliable infrastructure.

The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to work with global teams and ensure high availability and compliance in complex enterprise environments.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience as an IaC Engineer or in similar roles.
• Solid experience with Terraform or Crossplane, Azure, and GCP in implementing and managing cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with reusable modules, state management, GitOps, and CI/CD as applied to infrastructure automation.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure Testing, Policy as Code, Security Scanning, Secrets Management, Networking, and IAM/RBAC.
• Familiarity with Observability, Compliance Automation, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and FinOps.

Essential skills
