BrightPath Engineering in Almada is seeking a seasoned Information Security Analyst to protect company data and systems from cyber threats and ensure compliance with security standards.

You will conduct risk assessments, develop policies, monitor networks, investigate incidents, and collaborate with IT teams to embed security into all processes. The role is a contract position with visa and travel support. Strong knowledge of ISO 27001/NIST and cloud experience desirable.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• At least 3 years of information security analysis experience.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, operating systems, databases and IT systems.
• Experience with risk assessment tools and techniques.
• Strong understanding of ISO 27001 or NIST security frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Information Security Analyst – Almada

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Almada.

As an Information Security Analyst you will be responsible for protecting our company's data and systems from potential cyber attacks and ensuring compliance with security standards.

This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ including accommodation, free visa and ticket.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular security assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures and controls
• Monitor network activity for any suspicious or unauthorized behavior
• Investigate any security incidents or breaches and provide recommendations for remediation
• Stay updated on the latest security threats and trends to proactively prevent potential attacks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in information security analysis or a similar role
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, operating systems, databases and other IT systems
• Experience with risk assessment tools and techniques
• Strong understanding of industry standard security frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations like GDPR or CCPA
