Job summary

Richemont invites an experienced Industrial Platform Technical Team Lead to steer Platform and IIoT Engineering. You will provide strategic direction, hands-on guidance, and foster a culture of technical excellence across DevOps, cloud, and IIoT disciplines.

You will lead Agile SCRUM teams, drive architecture standards, ensure security, performance, and scalable operations, and mentor engineers while promoting continuous improvement and collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, or platform engineering roles.
2+ years in a technical leadership or team lead position, managing engineering teams in an Agile SCRUM environment.
Experience in Manufacturing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Guidance: provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to Platform/DevOps and IIoT engineers.
Perform regular technical reviews of designs, code, and implementations, ensuring adherence to best practices, architectural standards, and security policies.
Drive adoption of architecture standards and patterns across the platform, ensuring consistency, scalability, and maintainability.
Promote high standards of organization, documentation, and knowledge sharing for all technical implementations.
Keen on leveraging modern AI/ML tools and practices.
