Synere Group, Lda seeks an Industrial Maintenance Manager to lead preventive and corrective maintenance across our Lordelo operations. You will supervise the maintenance team, ensure equipment readiness, and develop robust maintenance plans to drive reliability.

You will monitor performance indicators, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement continuous improvements while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. English proficiency is required.

Qualificações

• Academic background in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in Industrial/Manufacturing, preferably metalworking.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate and lead the technical maintenance team.
• Ensure the operational readiness of equipment and facilities.
• Implement and develop maintenance plans.

Main responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Academic background in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Electrical Engineering;
• Proven experience in the Industrial/Manufacturing sector, preferably in the Metalworking sector;
• Solid knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance;
• Leadership and team management skills;
• Knowledge of safety standards and industrial regulations;
• Skills in analyzing and solving technical problems;
• Good organizational and planning skills;
• Knowledge of maintenance management IT tools;
• Good knowledge of English.
