One Web is seeking an Industrial Engineer to analyze processes, translate findings into actionable documentation, and support the development and maintenance of technical procedures. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across international projects, while driving improvements and ensuring quality standards in a high-tech environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, systems engineering or related discipline.
• At least 6 months of relevant work experience in engineering, manufacturing, industrialization, or process-oriented environment.
• Affinity with manufacturing, industrialization, process improvement or high-tech engineering environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured, quality-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Independently analyze existing processes, procedures and technical systems.
• Translate technical findings into input for documentation and improvement initiatives.
• Support development, optimization and maintenance of technical procedures, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Identify process bottlenecks, quality risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Project Leaders, Technical Authors and engineering teams to ensure technical content accuracy.
• Manage your own work packages and deliver results within timelines.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards and engineering methodologies.
• Maintain alignment with stakeholders on content, priorities and deliverables.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices.
• Share knowledge and lessons learned with colleagues and project teams.
