Job summary

SOMFY is seeking a technical data professional to manage and govern data across PLM, ERP, MES and CMMS in a SAP-centered environment. You will ensure data integrity, support SAP changes, and collaborate with Operations, IT, Engineering and Logistics to optimize production and digital tools.

The role emphasizes data quality, process improvements, and documentation, contributing to continuous improvement across the plant and global operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Good understanding of product data, material master data, routings, BOMs, logistics flows or manufacturing processes.
• Ability to analyze, validate and maintain large data sets with accuracy.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Act as data process leader for product creation activities across PLM, ERP and MES.
• Coordinate data flows for line creation and line transfer projects across PLM, ERP, MES and CMMS.
• Analyze logistics flow modifications and their impact on SAP, data structures and processes.
• Prepare and follow SAP change orders related to data changes in product, logistics, line or process.
• Test and validate new data flows in SAP and related systems before deployment.
• Support operational teams with setup and use of digital tools like Fabriq.
• Contribute to SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementations with cross-functional teams.
• Migrate and validate master data such as materials, customers, vendors, technical references.
