Qatar Wellness Network in Faro is seeking an Industrial Architect to design and plan industrial buildings, creating functional and aesthetically pleasing designs while collaborating with clients. You will conduct site visits, take measurements, and produce detailed drawings using CAD software.

Additionally, you will oversee construction to ensure designs are implemented correctly, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the industrial sector.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety standards.

As an Industrial Architect you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs Your role will involve conducting site visits taking measurements creating detailed drawings and blueprints and overseeing construction projects You must have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations as well as knowledge of materials and construction methods This is a full-time position in Faro with a salary of $1100 per month

This position may be suitable for candidates from any nationality who have the required work permit for Faro

Key Responsibilities

• Gather information from clients to understand their needs and requirements
• Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design CAD software
• Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and take measurements
• Collaborate with engineers contractors and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes regulations and safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Architect in the industrial sector
• Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
• Strong understanding of building codes regulations and safety standards
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and professionals
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Masters degree in Architecture or related field
• Experience with industrial construction projects
