MACI, a Lisbon-based boutique consultancy partnering with an international bank, seeks two seasoned in-house lawyers for Contracts & Regulatory roles. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial and technology contracts, embedding DORA and GDPR requirements into vendor arrangements.

Fluency in English is mandatory; Portuguese not required. The role offers a path into regulatory finance and tech-driven banking, with potential remote-flexible arrangements and development budgets.

Qualificações

• Law degree required with Licenciatura em Direito.
• 4-7 years of experience for mid-level role or 8-12 years for senior role.
• Proven track record in commercial/procurement contracts, technology contracts and regulatory compliance (DORA, GDPR, outsourcing, cybersecurity).
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, SaaS agreements, cloud-service licences, and cybersecurity provisions.
• Ensure alignment with risk appetite and regulatory obligations in contracts.
• Interpret and embed DORA requirements into agreements; liaise with risk teams to meet resilience standards.
