Cyncly in Lisbon is seeking an Engineer/Analyst to join our OneCyncly team and deliver successful FeneVision implementations for our clients. You will work with internal and customer project teams to ensure value delivery and maintain clear documentation.

The role requires 2–3 years of consulting experience and 5–7 years in software implementation, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently at client sites. Travel is required.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years consulting experience.
• 5-7 years of experience with software implementation.
• Engineer: Completed Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent.
• Service oriented with the motivation to meet tight deadlines.
• Adept at overseeing multiple tasks and projects.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with internal and customer project teams to deliver successful implementations of FeneVision products.
• Provide support and guidance to customers to help them get value from our product offerings.
• Test configuration and solutions to ensure they satisfy customer requirements.
• Manage and update task assignments to meet company and customer commitments.
• Create and update client-facing documentation including meeting minutes and trip reports.
• Support knowledge transfer to other team members or FeneVision groups.
• Commitment to building long-lasting client relationships.
• Travel is required.
