This fast‑paced, hands‑on role lets you tackle real challenges, work with the latest AI and automation tools, and make a meaningful impact from day one—free from bureaucracy. Enjoy the flexibility of remote work, quarterly meetups in exciting global locations (e.g., USA, Tokyo, Dubai), and a schedule you manage independently, with availability for client meetings Monday to Friday during U.S. morning hours.

Your Tasks will include:
  • Deploying and configuring CRMs, project management systems, automation workflows, API integrations, and AI implementations.
  • Identifying operational bottlenecks and designing solutions that streamline processes and unlock growth potential.
  • Building analytics dashboards and data pipelines to reveal actionable insights.
  • Designing automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, and n8n.
  • Deploying AI solutions (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) and training client teams to use them effectively.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, extracting insights from client interactions and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
  • You will own your projects end‑to‑end, from initial discovery through implementation and ongoing optimization.
  • Working exclusively with low‑code and no‑code platforms, focusing on rapid deployment and scalable solutions.
To be a good fit for the Implementation Consultant role, you will have:
  • 2‑5 years in similar roles, especially in client‑facing or consulting positions.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive.
  • Experience with Project Management and ERP platforms, including tools like Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, ClickUp, or SAP.
  • Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Experience working with Generative AI technologies like OpenAI (ChatGPT), Gemini, Claude, or DeepSeek.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., BigQuery, PowerBI) and REST API integrations.
  • Professional English fluency: B2 level or higher.
  • Nice to have experience with legal tools like Clio Manage or Lawmatics or working in a law firm.
