Job summary

Efficio is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager for a fixed-term 12-month maternity cover in Caparica, PT. You will oversee group-level reporting, ensure IFRS compliance, manage audits, and support intercompany processes.

The role requires professional accounting qualification and strong technical accounting skills. You'll work with a collaborative finance team, liaise with external auditors, and contribute to continuous improvements of the group reporting framework.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Experience in financial reporting, group consolidation, audit, or technical accounting.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and ERP systems experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consolidated monthly, quarterly and annual group results under IFRS.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and ensure regulatory submissions.
• Provide technical accounting guidance across the business and with auditors.
• Own intercompany reconciliations and balance sheet governance.
• Collaborate with FP&A for management reporting and forecasting.
