Elasticsearch B.V. is seeking a senior IAM leader to steer the Elastic Cloud's identity and access management initiatives. You will guide a distributed, high-performance team through a modernization roadmap, shaping how user identities and access are managed across our platforms.

You will mentor engineers, drive project plans, evaluate emerging IAM technologies, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure risk-aware, scalable solutions that align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of identity and access management experience.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and architectures.
• Experience with IAM solutions and frameworks.
• Proficiency in software development methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the IAM team, mentoring members and maintaining performance.
• Develop project plans and timelines for IAM initiatives and allocate resources accordingly.
• Evaluate and implement emerging IAM technologies aligning with business goals.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure seamless IAM integration.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and recognition.
