Fyld is hiring an IAM Engineer to join our Portugal-based team. You will design and implement identity and access management solutions, focusing on security, SSO/MFA, and RBAC across enterprise apps. The role requires 3+ years in IAM, with a strong background in AD/Entra ID and modern authentication protocols.

You’ll collaborate with security and IT teams to enforce zero-trust principles, manage provisioning and deprovisioning, and support governance through PAM and lifecycle management.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 3+ years of IAM-related experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Strong IAM principles, lifecycle management and access governance.
• Experience implementing and managing IAM solutions.
• Proficiency with Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with authentication and authorization: SSO, MFA, RBAC.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and LDAP.
• Experience with user provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
• Understanding of Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) processes.
• Experience with access reviews and Privileged Access Management.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust concepts.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) and Git versioning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good stakeholder communication.
• Fluent in English.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management, Identity Security or a similar role
• Strong understanding of IAM principles, identity lifecycle management and access governance
• Experience implementing and managing Identity and Access Management solutions
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience with authentication and authorization technologies, including SSO, MFA and RBAC
• Knowledge of protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and LDAP
• Experience implementing and managing user provisioning and deprovisioning processes
• Understanding of Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) processes
• Experience with access reviews, privileged access and segregation of duties
• Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts
• Experience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise applications and services
• Ability to troubleshoot authentication, authorization and identity-related issues
• Understanding of identity security and Zero Trust principles
• Experience with scripting or automation using PowerShell, Python or similar
• Good knowledge of security best practices and access control principles
• Experience working with Git and version control practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
• Fluency in English

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
• Experience with Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk or similar IAM/PAM platforms
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID Governance
• Experience with Conditional Access and identity protection
• Familiarity with SCIM and automated identity provisioning
• Experience with cloud IAM in AWS, Azure or GCP
• Knowledge of SIEM and security monitoring integrations
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Okta, SailPoint or CyberArk certifications
