Collaborate with life sciences experts, document mappings and validation rules, and contribute to AI-enabled analytics and search solutions.
Qualificações
- Academic or professional background in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or related.
- 2–5 years in data engineering, software engineering, semantic technologies or related field.
- Strong Python and data manipulation skills; understanding RDF modelling and provenance.
Responsabilidades
- Design RDF-based data models and reusable semantic structures.
- Map data to controlled vocabularies and ontologies.
- Develop Python pipelines for data transformation and RDF generation.
- Define semantic relationships, identifiers, provenance and evidence.
- Write SPARQL queries to explore and test knowledge graphs.
- Collaborate with domain experts and document mappings and validation rules.
