Hubclub Go in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an SAP Functional Trainer to deliver training to business users during UAT. You will explain SAP processes, guide test execution, and build user-focused materials.

This hybrid role combines on-site and remote work across the testing cycle, collaborating with SAP consultants and project teams to ensure users are prepared for testing activities.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering SAP functional training to business users.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or functional testing.
• Strong SAP functional knowledge and ability to explain business processes clearly.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience creating training materials and knowledge transfer docs.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver SAP functional training sessions to business users during UAT.
• Train end users on SAP processes including data entry, document uploads, attachments, and workflows.
• Explain business processes and SAP flows clearly to users.
• Guide users through test execution activities and provide functional support during testing.
• Answer functional questions and help users navigate SAP processes during UAT.
• Prepare and maintain user-focused training materials and guides.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, SAP consultants, and project teams to prepare users for testing.
• Support adoption and readiness for testing activities.
