Komodo Consulting in Portugal is seeking a QA Tester to join a technology project on a hybrid basis in Lisbon or Coimbra. You will design and execute test strategies, build testing frameworks, and ensure quality throughout Sprint, Release, and rollout phases.

The role requires 2+ years in QA, experience with Jira or Azure DevOps, strong English (B2), and the ability to work 2 days per week in the office. ISTQB certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in QA/Testing.
• Experience with ALM tools — Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
• Proven ability to define test strategies and build testing frameworks.
• Experience with Agile test cycles, including Sprint, Release, and rollout phases.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Currently residing in Portugal.
• Availability for a hybrid working model in Lisbon or Coimbra (minimum 2 days per week at the office).
• Nice to have: experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Nice to have: experience with AI/LLM technologies.
• Nice to have: ISTQB or ASTQB certification.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement a test strategy aligned with project testing requirements.
• Build and maintain a framework for test case identification, creation, execution, reporting, and documentation.
• Implement test cycles at Sprint, Release, and rollout levels within an Agile environment.
• Review deliverables and outcomes from a validation perspective.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure compliance and that all necessary reviews and approvals are completed.
