Surf Eye is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead in Lisbon to lead our web development team across surf, snow, and other verticals.

This hands-on role involves code writing, team coordination, and ensuring high standards of software delivery. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of full-stack experience with strong skills in React.js, Node.js, and Postgres. The position offers a hybrid work model and may evolve into a full-time role.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Tech Lead or similar role.
• Strong experience reviewing code and mentoring developers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day web development across our Next.js / React stack.
• Coordinate and mentor the web development team.
• Review pull requests to maintain strong code quality.
