Quanteam, founding entity of Rainbow Partners, is seeking a Customer Relationship Operations Specialist in Lisbon. You will review and validate client account opening requests, ensuring complete and compliant information, and maintain accurate client records.

Join a hybrid team to support Banking Operations with strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and proficiency in Excel. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, with a permanent CTI contract and health coverage.

Qualificações

• Up to 2 years of experience in Banking Operations, Client Services, Customer Support, Back Office, KYC, Onboarding, or similar environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and review client documentation with accuracy and rigor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
• Client-focused attitude and service-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Hybrid position based in Lisbon.

Responsabilidades

• Review and validate client account opening requests before setup.
• Ensure all mandatory client information and supporting documentation are complete and compliant.
• Maintain and update client records within internal databases and systems.
• Verify KYC status, signatory powers, and required regulatory information.
• Review and record contractual documentation accurately.
• Perform quality controls to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Follow internal procedures and risk management guidelines.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
