Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships.
• Fluent Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Support the management and development of a portfolio of local and international clients and prospects.
• Deliver high levels of client service in line with procedures and quality standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop expertise in health insurance for individuals and SME clients.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing technical calculations, presentations, and client documents.
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Assist in implementation, renewal and administration of flex benefits schemes.
• Create benefits and payroll reports.
• Monitor workflow to ensure service levels are met.
