Bosch Global Service Solutions in Aveiro seeks an experienced Backend Developer – Java to design and build microservices for our European connected-vehicle platform. You will work in a hybrid setup, contributing to the full software lifecycle and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a strong Java background, Spring Boot expertise, and experience with cloud deployments, CI/CD, and test automation.

Qualificações

At least 5 years of backend Java experience.
Proven track record delivering cloud-based microservices in production.
Hands-on test automation experience.

Responsabilidades

Develop backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot for our European platform.
Write clean, well-designed, testable code with high performance.
Optimize persistence with PostgreSQL and TimescaleDB for large time-series data.
Ensure backend quality with automated tests across unit/integration/acceptance (TDD).
Contribute to full software lifecycle from design to deployment and operations.
Maintain fast releases with CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps.
Collaborate in an agile team with product owners, designers, and frontend developers.
Review code and share knowledge with the team.
