Job summary

Zumub in Portugal is seeking a Marketing Partnerships Trainee to identify and engage influencers and affiliates across markets. The role covers onboarding, term negotiations, and campaign activation while coordinating with internal teams to optimize offers and materials.

You will work on real campaigns across international markets from the Cacém–Sintra area, with one remote day per week in a hybrid setup. The position offers hands-on experience and career growth in a global program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing management.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to prioritise tasks.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills; fluent in English.
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of PowerBI or other tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and contact new influencers and affiliates in national and international markets.
• Onboard and activate partners in campaigns, ensuring ongoing engagement.
• Negotiate commercial terms, promotional campaigns, and performance incentives.
• Plan and execute sales-driven initiatives and reactivate inactive partners.
• Monitor performance, identify upsell, cross-sell, and market expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns, offers, and commercial materials.
