ALTEN Portugal is seeking a DevOps professional to strengthen our automation and cloud capabilities in a multinational team.

You will work on CI/CD security, GitOps with ArgoCD and GitHub Actions, Terraform, Azure AKS, Docker and Kubernetes, and contribute to observability and incident management.

This role is based in Lisbon (Carnaxide) with around 50% on-site work, offering specialized training and a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualificações

• Proven DevOps/SRE experience in cloud environments.
• Strong hands-on CI/CD, GitOps, and container tech expertise.
• Experience with Azure (AKS, storage, networking) and Terraform.
• Familiarity with observability, incident management, and deployment automation.

Responsabilidades

• Strengthen DevOps capabilities to deliver reliable, scalable, and automated operations.
• Secure CI/CD pipelines and ensure deployment reliability.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using Git-based ecosystems (GitHub Actions, GitLab) and automation tools.
• Implement GitOps practices (ArgoCD, FluxCD) and Helm-based deployments.
• Automate build, integration, and deployment processes across environments.
• Manage Azure cloud infrastructure (AKS, storage, networking).
• Define and maintain infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Manage containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) to ensure scalability and resilience.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging to improve observability.
• Integrate secure practices, including secrets management (HashiCorp Vault).
• Support incident resolution and ensure production stability.
• Collaborate with backend and mobile teams to align DevOps practices.
