Job summary

HN Services Portugal seeks a Documentation Drafting & Matching Analyst to join a global financial services environment supporting complex derivatives and post-trade operations. You will draft confirmations, review bookings, and resolve discrepancies while coordinating with multi-location teams.

This role requires experience in documentation, ISDA products, and a proactive, analytical mindset to meet tight regulatory deadlines in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Experience within Documentation, Confirmations, Trade Support, Middle Office, or Derivatives Operations.
• Knowledge of OTC derivatives, including Swaps, FX Forwards, and Options.
• Understanding of ISDA documentation and post-trade processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal confirmations based on ISDA definitions for products including Swaps, Forwards, Options, and Hybrid Strategies.
• Review trade bookings and term sheets to ensure accuracy and consistency before documentation is sent to clients.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies on incoming confirmations.
• Manage affirmation requests and documentation-related client queries.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines and internal controls.
• Collaborate daily with Trading, Sales, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Operations teams across multiple international locations.
