CloserHire in Lisbon is seeking an on-site Content Moderator to review and moderate online content for a six-month project with rotating 24/7 shifts.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad; start date is 3 Sept. This role requires native Hungarian and fluent English, with a strong customer service or computer-literacy background.

Qualificações

• Native/ fluent in Hungarian with strong written and verbal skills.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2) to work with internal teams and systems.
• Prior customer service experience is advantageous but not required.
• Computer literate.

Responsabilidades

• Reviewing and moderating online content according to guidelines.
• Support content moderation project in a fast-paced BPO environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.

An on-site Content Moderator role with the employer in Lisbon supporting the content moderation project project, focused on reviewing and moderating online content within a fast-paced BPO environment.6-month contract with rotating 24/7 shifts and relocation support for candidates moving from abroad.The client prefers candidates who have never worked for them before, so please do not submit any candidates who have previously worked for a global social media platform, regardless of LOB, BPO, or country.

Your Profile

• We are offering a 1000€ Welcome Bonus only till end of September. This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment.

Relocation

• Relocation coming from abroad: room in shared apartment for max 12 months - rent of €280, utitlies and bills included. discounted directly from payslip. Relocation wtihin PT: no accomodation !!!From 1st of December 2025 onwards, flight ticket reimbursement will no longer be provided.
