👩 🧑 As an HRIS Specialist - PhenomPeople at Ivy Partners, you will be in charge of :
  • Take ownership of the operational management and optimization of the PhenomPeople platform (ATS, Talent Relationship Management, Career Site, Employee Experience).
  • Ensure the platform is configured and maintained according to business needs, including workflows, dashboards, and automation features.
  • Partner with HR and IT teams to implement enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Monitor system performance, data quality, and user adoption to ensure optimal usage of the application.
  • Document application configurations, processes, and best practices for internal teams.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align PhenomPeople functionalities with organizational objectives.
  • Support project initiatives involving PhenomPeople, such as launching new modules, improving candidate experience, or optimizing internal mobility features.
🏅 Profile :
  • Strong knowledge of PhenomPeople or other Talent Experience platforms, with expertise in application configuration, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Understanding of HR processes is a plus, but the focus is on application ownership and optimization.
  • Proven ability to coordinate projects and align multiple stakeholders (HR, IT, external partners).
  • Analytical, organized, and capable of driving improvements in application usage.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset.
  • The position is open for candidates across Europe, ideally the candidate will be open to relocation in Geneva.
